I attended a top-notch meeting of the Dunedin Toastmasters Club -- the oldest club in New Zealand, no less. A few differences and a lot of similarities to Dogwood Toastmasters club in Atlanta.
Like ours, their meeting was lively, fun, supportive, and inspiring. I came away with a few ideas to share with our Dogwood Toastmasters members.
At the "meeting after the meeting" in the pub next door, I talked with Trevor, who has been in Toastmasters for 40 years, which beats my record by five years. Way to go, Trevor.
